Focus your awareness on the heart chakra. As you do, you will feel your consciousness shifting. You may feel different perceptions of energy in different parts of your body.
Opening your chakras and allowing cosmic energies to flow through your body will ultimately refresh your spirit and empower your life.
The first doorway (or chakra) is what I call in the book, the Doorway of Safety. This doorway relates to feeling safe in life and being present in the here and now. It's only when we are really grounded and safe that we're able to relax and open up our hearts.
I also carry a clear-and-rose-quartz chakra wand in my handbag.
Rose quartz is said to be the stone of unconditional love. This crystal opens the heart chakra and is believed to encourage self-love and forgiveness, and to help you let go of anger, resentment, and jealousy.
On the top of the head is a Chakra - Sahasradala or the thousand-petalled lotus. There is a Chakra in the middle of the forehead between the eyebrows and one in the heart-centre. The region between the navel and head constitutes the mental field. From navel downward extending till the terminus of the spinal chord, mūlādhāra, is the seat of the vital.
What we are doing is taking an occult energy; it's amplifying in the chakras and the hands. Then we are neutralizing it and spreading it through the being.
Even if you are focusing on a chakra, you don't want to do that for the whole period of meditation. There should be a point where you let go. Settle down. Get off the train of thought for a while.
Write it on your forehead, write it on your heart, on your third chakra, on your second chakra and your first chakra. You will never go short, never will you have less. God will prevail by God's True Nature. If you have discomfort and hunger say, "God, that is Thy Virtue. Thank you for accepting me for that tragedy." This is the attitude of gratitude. "My shackles will be removed by Thy Will." God is so great, to Him the whole of what we have is just like a sesame seed.
The Presence of the demon keeps the chakra from doing its job, but that challenge also forces us to bring more awareness to that job, so eventually we can do it better.
What I teach you to do is how to bring the light of the supraconscious throughout your being, because once you have done that, the chakras will open up by themselves.
The mystical kundalini goes the other direction. It starts at the base of the spine, at the root chakra and goes up.
Women have very powerful second chakras, and the goal is to move that energy up and use it.
The unlocking of the kundalini, which occurs by meditating on the first, second and third chakras, is the entrance into the planes of power.
There are places where there is more power. Just as there is more power in the chakras, there is more power in certain places. We call them places of power. If you spend time in these places, it increases your vibratory power.
In the Southwestern United States, the places of power reference the lower three chakras, the chakras of power.
There are also places of power that reference the fourth and fifth chakras, which are places of balance, and places of power that reference the sixth and seventh chakras, which are places of wisdom.
By fully focusing your mind on your chakras, stilling your thoughts, and increasing your kundalini flow, you can rise above your body consciousness and unite your mind with the clear light of nirvana.
Start meditating with your eyes open, focusing as a warm-up, then focus on a chakra, then just let go and merge. Don't sit there and think or move into sleepy states of awareness, but move into high-powered states of attention.
Close the eyes, and focus on the third eye, the heart chakra, or the navel center. It is a good idea to alternate them.
For the first few years, it's most beneficial to meditate on the heart chakra. The heart chakra, called the anahata chakra in Sanskrit, is located in the center of the chest, dead center. If you focus there you will feel a warm and tingling sensation.
The heart chakra is the central chakra.
I was in yoga the other day. I was in full lotus position. My chakras were all aligned. My mind is cleared of all clatter and I'm looking out of my third eye and everything that I'm supposed to be doing. It's amazing what comes up, when you sit in that silence. "Mama keeps whites bright like the sunlight, Mama's got the magic of Clorox 2."
By swallowing evil words unsaid, no one has ever harmed his stomach.
There are seven primary centers, junctions, within the subtle physical body. These are called the seven chakras.
