We all know that working out reduces stress, but it's equally true that stressing out reduces work.
I also go on long walks with my dog, a golden retriever named Breeze-and I work out with weights at a health club a couple of times a week.
Obviously there is stuff that I wouldn't play in a club that I play at festivals, and vice-versa, but my sets are still dominated largely by my own music. I think that's what makes me stand out a bit. My music is also festival- and club-friendly, so it generally works out well.
I eat things I shouldn't eat all the time. I have to work out so I can enjoy myself! I like to run, and I'll do body weight stuff: push-ups, squats, lunges, pull-ups.
Start trying to work out who deserves what, and before long you'll spend the rest of your days weeping for each and every person in the world.
So when it comes down to it, a calorie is a calorie is a calorie: There is only one moral of the story: burn as many damn calories as possible whenever you work out.
I eat a balanced diet. The secret is to watch your portions, but I also work out a lot. Working out a lot isn't necessary, but I am very active, and my body can endure intense workouts.
It's no understatement that the church has done a poor job in teaching our young people that reason and faith are not opposites, and that atheists are far from being on the side of reason. You can find on our website a chart which I use to demonstrate the various worldviews work out, and which one, Christianity, is rational. Many kids, however, who grow up huddled in a Christian environment find themselves in the university setting completely unequipped to defend the rationality of the Christian faith against the secular humanist worldview so prevalent on college campuses.
Oh, and one more thing: If I try something that I've never done before, something that's particularly difficult for me, and it doesn't work out, that doesn't make it a failure. The fact that I actually succeeded in finishing it makes it a huge success. Think of all the people who never even try.
If at first you don't succeed, try again. If it still doesn't work out, success may not be your thing.
What attracted me to it, beyond it being really intelligent, was that it was sadly something that would be unique on television. Anchoring this political show is this vital, dynamic, complex, thriving marriage. These people are passionately and fiercely committed to making it work out.
If your dream dies, dream another one. If things don't work out the way you've planned, God has a better plan for you.
We can work out anything if we put our mind to it, study it, do hard work instead of finding simple answers
If this whole writing thing doesn't work out, I'll be getting right back on the pole.
It is not humility to insist on being someone that you are not. It is as much as saying that you know better than God who you are and who you ought to be. How do you expect to arrive at the end of your own journey if you take the road to another man's city? How do you expect to reach your own perfection by leading somebody else's life? His sanctity will never be yours; you must have the humility to work out your own salvation in a darkness where you are absolutely alone.
Ah! If man would but see that hope is from within and not from without - that he himself must work out his own salvation.
There are those that hate and those that love, it all works out the same.
Hardly anything works out as well as we hope.
To us, to the everyday teachers of everyday students, neither of whom is writing the book of the universe but who both have their fullest life only when they align themselves with its truths, working out our own commitment to and our own vision of agape, in however homely or personal a form, is a life long task that both guides us in our teaching endeavors and honors those endeavors at the same time.
I think it took me a little while to be true to myself as a designer, and in some ways I'm still trying to do that. I have to choose things that come naturally to me. Whenever I challenge something too much or try too hard, it never quite works out.
I've never had to work out of the arts. I've always either been a writer or an editor, or something where I've made my living from doing what I love. You can't get any better than that.
I'm fortunate that I've been an athlete, my whole life, and I work out like a crazy person.
Everything takes meticulous planning and nothing works out the way it's supposed to.
As for performing live, I just never imagined how it would work out; for good reason, because it doesn't just work out - not the way you think it will. It's a chance that you take.
Again, I want to give credit where credit is due to our voice director, Collette Sunderman, who is someone that works out an incredible juggling act. I refer to it as juggling cats with vertigo, and the cats don't have vertigo, but the juggler has vertigo.
